Adult Tricking Classes
Have you set a goal to learn a backflip? Want to revisit the fun acrobatics of gymnastics in your youth? Or expand your movement vocabulary? Whatever the case, Colorado Tricking will help you building acrobatic skills while breaking down the techniques and progressions needed to learn them.
Originating from martial arts, Tricking combines that diligence with the creativity of breakdancing, the flow of capoeira, and the physicality of gymnastics resulting in confident, expressive, and disciplined practitioners. With over 20 years of combined coaching experience, we strive to instill not only the cool skills, but these underlying principles and the culture of Tricking within those who attend our classes.
Colorado Tricking offers classes in both Thornton and Denver out of amazing facilities full of specialized equipment for you to learn these acrobatic skills safely and progressively.
Snobahn Adult Classes
We offer two classes open to adults at Snobahn’s Thornton location:
Intro to Tricking
Come learn all the fundamental movements of tricking: kicks, twists, transitions, and flips. Then combine them creatively into aesthetic combos! Our core skill list is 20 tricks long from the very basic to the intermediate level. How many can you learn?
Flip Progressions
Focusing on Backflip, Frontflip, and Sideflip as core skills this is the class to work on your trampoline flips or your tumbling skills. Safely progress with our seasoned coaches. This class makes use of Snobahn’s top-of-the-line amenities including airbags, trampolines, and spring floor to specifically focus on building proper technique and controlled landings.
APEX Denver
Adult Classes
Learn the basics of tricking and how to progress to higher level tricks with our level-specific skill cards. Our tricking classes make use of their trampolines, spring floor, airbag, and airtrick jumping floor to safely and effectively build air awareness, technique, and landing mechanics.
Tricks included are backflip, front flip, butterfly twist, 540 kick and more
Private Lessons
We offer private lessons in two locations: Snobahn Thornton and APEX Denver.
No faster way to progress than with specific, individualized coaching. Great for quick skill acquisition and specialty training!
Rates:
$85/hour for 1 student
$120/hour for 2 students
$160/hour for 3 students
