Colorado Tricking – Return & Refund Policy

At Colorado Tricking, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience, whether you’re purchasing merchandise or signing up for our classes.

1. Merchandise Returns

  • Eligibility: Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@coloradotricking.com with your order details.

  • Refund Method: Approved merchandise returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Exclusions: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or without appropriate packaging will not be accepted.

2. Service Refunds (Classes & Memberships)

  • Class Refunds:

    • Full refunds are available if the classes have not yet been attended.

    • No refunds will be issued for unused individual sessions once a class series or membership has begun.

  • Membership Adjustments:

    • While unused sessions cannot be refunded, membership selections can be adjusted for future months upon request.

    • Changes must be made before the next billing cycle.
