TRICKING GYM POLICIES
& MEMBERSHIP TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in classes, private lessons, workshops, events, open sessions, camps, and all other programs offered by Colorado Tricking LLC ("Colorado Tricking," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By registering for or participating in any Colorado Tricking program, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership & Billing
Monthly Memberships
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring 4 week schedule using the payment method on file.
All members are placed on the same billing schedule each month to simplify scheduling and account management.
Program schedules, coaches, locations, and pricing may change at any time without notice.
Standard Payment Schedule
Tuition is charged on the:
Every 4 weeks from the start of the membership
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
The account may be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.
A late fee may be added after a grace period.
Continued failed payments may result in removal from classes.
2. Registration Fee
A registration fee is required for all new members.
The registration fee helps cover:
Account setup
Insurance and administrative costs
Facility improvements
Member onboarding
Re-Enrollment
If a membership has been inactive for longer than 3 months, a new registration fee is required to reactivate the account.
3. Credit Rollover Policy
Unused class credits may roll over to the following month as long as:
The membership remains active
The account is in good standing
Credits do not roll over indefinitely.
1x week members get 2 session rollovers on unused sessions
2x week members get 3 session rollovers on unused sessions
Credit Expiration
Rolled-over credits expire after:
1 billing cycle/4 weeks
Punchcard credits do not rollover
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another member, excluding family plan memberships.
4. Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation
To cancel a membership:
Written notice is required
Notice must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date
Memberships canceled after a billing charge has processed will remain active through the paid billing period.
No Retroactive Cancellations
We do not backdate cancellations or issue refunds for unused classes after cancellation.
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy
Private lessons require advance scheduling and coach preparation.
Cancellation Window
Private lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
Coaches reserve the right to reschedule private lessons due to illness, facility closures, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.
No-Shows
Missed private lessons without 24 hour notice are non-refundable.
Coach Cancellations
If a coach must cancel:
The lesson will be rescheduled, OR
A credit/refund will be issued
5. Account Freeze Policy
Members may temporarily freeze their membership if they need time away due to travel, injury, schedule changes, or personal reasons.
Freeze Terms
Freeze fee: $12
Maximum freeze time: 3 months per calendar year
A return date must be provided when requesting the freeze
Reactivation
Memberships will be reactivated at given return date.
Memberships frozen longer than 3 total months may require:
A new registration fee
Re-enrollment into classes based on availability
Freeze Requests
Freeze requests must be submitted 7 days before the next billing date.
Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
This includes:
Membership payments
Registration fees
Missed classes
Unused credits
Merchandise (cannot be worn, size exchanges can be made)
Events and workshops
Make-up classes may be offered at the sole discretion of Colorado Tricking and are subject to availability.
Colorado Tricking does not guarantee make-up opportunities.
Exceptions may be considered for:
Serious medical situations
Extended injuries
Relocation outside the area
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
7. Trial Classes
New students may be eligible for a trial class.
Trial Rules
One trial per student
Trial waivers and facility waivers must be signed before participation
Trial spots are subject to class availability
Trial students are expected to follow all gym rules and coach instructions.
8. Waivers
A signed waiver is required before participating in:
Classes
Open gym
Private lessons
Events
Workshops
No exceptions.
Parents or legal guardians must sign for minors.
9. Safety
Students/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions that could impact participation.
Students who do not have a completed waiver may not participate.
Participants agree to train responsibly and within their abilities.
Participants should not attend classes when experiencing:
Fever
Contagious illness
Significant injury that limits safe participation
Colorado Tricking may deny participation when safety concerns exist.
Participants are responsible for informing coaches of injuries, restrictions, or health concerns.
Emergency Medical Care
In the event of injury or medical emergency, Colorado Tricking staff may:
Contact emergency services.
Administer basic first aid within the scope of their training.
Contact emergency contacts listed on registration forms.
Participants and/or parents are responsible for all resulting medical expenses.
10. Pricing Structure
Memberships options:
1x/Week: 4 credits billed every 4 weeks
2x/Week: 8 credits billed every 4 weeks
Punchcards
Punchcards expire according to the expiration period stated at purchase.
Unused punchcard credits are not refundable.
All fees must be paid prior to participation unless otherwise approved by management.
Limited rollover credits
Credits can be used for any weekly class
Discounts on private lessons/events
11. General Gym Conduct
Students are expected to:
Respect coaches and other students
Follow safety instructions
Use equipment properly
Maintain a positive training environment
Unsafe behavior, bullying, harassment, or repeated disruption may result in removal from class or suspension from the program.
Facility Use
Participants must comply with:
Colorado Tricking policies
Rules established by partner facilities
Posted safety guidelines
Failure to follow facility rules may result in suspension or termination.
12. Referrals
Referrals must be brought up during sign up, not retroactively
Members that bring in a referral get 10% off their next membership payment.
Rewards CAN stack, help bring in 2 membership signups, get 20% off your next payment.
13. Events, Camps, and Workshops
Registration fees for camps, workshops, seminars, competitions, and special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If Colorado Tricking cancels an event, participants may receive:
A refund
Credit toward a future program
Rescheduling opportunities
The method of compensation shall be determined by Colorado Tricking.
14. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that tricking, tumbling, acrobatics, martial arts-based movement, flipping, aerial maneuvers, conditioning, and related activities involve inherent risks.
Participation may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Separate waivers and assumption of risk agreements may also be required.
15. Personal Property
Colorado Tricking is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Participants are encouraged to secure personal belongings and leave valuables at home.
16. Weather and Facility Closures
Colorado Tricking may cancel or modify programs due to:
Severe weather
Facility closures
Government orders
Public health concerns
Natural disasters
Emergencies beyond reasonable control
Refunds are not guaranteed for closures caused by circumstances outside Colorado Tricking's control.
17. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed waivers, policies, releases, and registration documents, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Colorado Tricking LLC.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (720)251-2205. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@coloradotricking.com or (720)251-2205.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive when necessary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Colorado Tricking LLC through our website at coloradotricking.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@coloradotricking.com or call (720)251-2205 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
